Based on the primary automated hybridization capture detection system, the new generation fully automated hybridization capture detection instrument (DH-FA) is truly automated from sample loading without processing to result output without manual guarding, freeing up manual labor in the real sense; at the same time, the throughput of detection is further improved to achieve high throughput, high efficiency and high precision HPV detection, helping to prevent and control cervix cancer.

Feature 1: "True" fully automatic

The device is equipped with a metal bath module, so that clinical samples can be tested directly on the machine without any pre-processing. From sample loading to result output, there is really no need for manual guarding, which is the true fully automated HPV detection device in China, with high degree of automation and more stable results, liberating manual labor.




Feature 2: Convenient and fast

The high-throughput device is equipped with 6 room temperature incubation positions and 2 horizontal transfer positions, which can complete 192 tests in only 6 hours, without manual guarding in the whole process. The device can complete 576 tests in one round at full capacity, the experimental batches can be continuously stacked to achieve batch detection by software control to meet the needs of large volume detection. At the same time, the instrument platform is designed with 8 pipette cartridge positions to fully meet the needs of experimental consumables during the sample detection process.

Feature 3: Humanized design

1. Early warning function upgrade: The device is set up with warning light and buzzer, once the instrument is broken down with malfunction or other accidental suspension of operation, the device is alerted by both sound and light, which is convenient for the operator to find and deal with problems in time.  

2. Software function upgrade: The system is humanized and customized, the experimental process is clearly displayed for easy manipulation. At the same time, the software interface can accurately display the remaining amount of reagents (including washing liquid), which is convenient for the operator to prepare reagents.  
3. Optimization of Wash bucket design: optimize the design of the wash bucket to make it convenient and compact, built into the device, compared to similar device, the instrument is more concise, no external wash station. The remaining amount of liquid in the bucket is detected by gravity sensing mode, which can accurately calculate the remaining amount.  
4. Powerful bottom cabinet: The instrument is equipped with a multi-functional bottom cabinet, in which the waste pipette bucket, waste liquid bucket, computer host, etc. are built into the bottom cabinet. A special storage space is designed for placing experimental consumables such as pipette tips and hybridization plates.  
5. Computer operation platform: The instrument comes with a computer operation platform, no need for additional desktop, high utilization of space.  
6. More convenient after-sales maintenance: The instrument is highly modularized, convenient for maintenance, while the instrument is equipped with an auxiliary transport booster bar, easy to transport.
