The "Ethnic Interaction and Exchange - Aba Prefecture Medical Staff Capacity Enhancement and Women's Health Care Project" was officially launched at the Aba Prefecture People's Hospital in Sichuan Province on 27 September 2021,. The project is a specific action of Zhejiang Province's "14th Five-Year Plan" to support Aba Prefecture, initiated by the Zhejiang Care for Women's Health Public Welfare Fund project team, focusing on caring for women's health, relying on Zhejiang University School of Medicine and Zhejiang's high-quality medical resources, sending key doctors to Zhejiang for further training, providing training for Aba Prefecture's medical personnel, carrying out screening for women of the right age, and organising popularisation of science and technology. The two cancers screening and the organisation of activities such as popularisation of science and education and charity clinics.

Dr. Shaobing Hua, President of DALTONBio, was invited to attend the launch event and gave a speech on the topic of "A Cervical Cancer Screening Programme Suitable for the Nation", and presented HPV testing reagents worth RMB 180,000 to the Aba Care Women's Health Project on behalf of DALTONBio.
