3. Guiding the method development and validation of immunohistochemistry for exploring new markers Writing, reviewing and modifying test protocols and SOPs.

4. In vitro diagnostic reagents related work experience is preferred.

1. Assist production management department manager in daily production site management, and production plan arrangement, implementation and follow-up, effective arrangement and control of production progress, to ensure timely delivery of production orders;

2. Responsible for the development of production plans, according to the production plan to develop relevant material procurement plans to ensure the completion of production tasks;

Position Requirements: 

1. Biotechnology, biological science, pharmacy and other related majors, college degree or above. 

2. At least 3 years' experience in production management, experience in production management of medical devices and other related industries can be relaxed. 

3. Possess good communication skills. 

4. Familiar with medical device related regulations, such as ISO9001, ISO13485 and other regulations.

Position Responsibilities: 

1. Assist the department manager to complete the certification of the quality system, with the external audit inspection, the organization of the company's relevant departments, the implementation of inspection implementation and coordination work;

2. Organize internal product audits, accept abnormal report forms, cause investigation of responsible departments, issue abnormal treatment reports, and propose corresponding improvement opinions for non- conforming products;

3. Statistics of the completion status of the quality objectives of each department, together with relevant departments to analyze the reasons for the failure to achieve the quality objectives and track the implementation measures of the objectives;

4. Responsible for on-site inspection and production process monitoring and abnormal occurrence of the implementation of follow-up corrective measures;

5. Supervision of the production site, monitoring of key steps and special processes, keeping records;

6. Complete other work assigned by the leadership.
