Results Interpretation:

These two test kits use a unique violet-to-green  color indicator. When HPV16 and/or 18 for kit A, or  HPV6 and/or 11 for kit B are present in the samples,  the specific amplification reaction generates unique  chemicals, which convert the reaction solution color  from violet to green.
